10% for all stays of 7 to 13 nights
15% for all stays of 14 to 20 nights
20% for all stays of 21 nights and more
30% FOR ALL STAYS OF 28 NIGHTS FROM 08/25 TO 09/22
50% FOR ALL STAYS OF 28 nights and more between 03/29 and 07/05 and from 09/22
